The Spanish newspaper Informacion has published in its last Sunday edition, on the 24th of November, an extensive report about the recent visit of the most important directors, entrepreneurs and businesspeople from the province of Alicante (Spain) to OHIM (Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market) facilities. The main objective of this visit was to create collaborative networks among the participating institutions and companies in order to harness synergies better.
Among the businesspeople attending this event were Mr. José Angel Climent and Mr. Juan Climent, CEO of Lizzo Design and Alhambra International respectively (see below group photograph from the newspaper).
To illustrate his point, Mr Campinos, president of the OHIM, gave the example of a possible idea about hybridization process for manufacturing Famosa dolls, by using our fabrics and the latest technology from Energy System. On his speech he explained that collaboration and exchange of ideas and projects, in a structured way, is critical to achieve business success.
There is a Massai expression that perfectly captures the essence of this meeting, and that was used by Mr. Gomez Gras, chairman of the Miguel Hernandez University (from Elche), in his talk of hybridization as a method of innovation: “If you want to walk fast, walk alone. But if you want to go far, walk together with others”.

LIZZO PARTICIPA EN EL ACTO EMPRESARIAL ORGANIZADO POR LA OAMI
El diario Información publicó el pasado domingo día 24 un amplio reportaje sobre el encuentro en las instalaciones de la OAMI (Oficina de Armonización del Mercado Interior) de grandes empresarios y organizaciones empresariales de la provincia de Alicante. El objetivo principal de esta visita fue promover la importancia de crear redes de colaboración entre empresas e instituciones participantes con el objetivo principal de aprovechar mejor las sinergias.
El acto, que contó con la presencia de altos directivos de empresas, entre los que se encontraban Jose Angel Climent y Juan Climent, directores generales de Lizzo Design y Alhambra Internacional respectivamente, se desarrolló en un ambiente distendido y relajado que permitió el intercambio de ideas y futuros proyectos.
El Sr. Campinos, presidente de la OAMI, para ilustrar su propuesta, ofreció un ejemplo de una posible colaboración entre empresas para la producción de una muñeca de Famosa, utilizando nuestros tejidos junto con la última tecnología de Energy System. En su discurso, explicó que la colaboración y el intercambio de ideas, de forma estructurada, es fundamental para el éxito empresarial.
Existe un dicho masai que perfectamente resume el objetivo de este encuentro, y que fue utilizado por el Sr. Gomez Gras, catedrático de la Universidad Miguel Hernández (Elche), en su charla sobre la hibridación como método de innovación: “ Si quieres ir rápido, camina solo. Pero si quieres llegar lejos, ve acompañado”.
